The point of snacking is to keep you full until the next meal. Unfortunately fruit alone won’t do that! Adding nuts to your fruit will add satiety, keep your blood sugars in check, and lead to better weight management.🥜

I especially love anything with almonds, as preliminary research suggests the benefit of almonds for healthy skin and hair! As a bride-to-be, this is important! 🙂
