Home remedies are for everything including sinus infections. Most home remedies have a foundation somewhere in history and so different civilizations have been using them for hundreds of years. Ephedra: Chinese medical name-Ma huang-Common name Desert tea. This herb has been used in china for over 5000 years. There are some risks to using this herb and is best if you talk to your doctor first, especially if you have hypertension.

Herbs are great because you can mix and combine and get even more benefits from the combination. Like anything else you have to experiment a bit, but with herbs you should be reading up on them to make sure you are doing now harm. Taking too much can cause problems so know the expected dose and follow it.

Like medication, more is not always good.
